Insurance/Payment

I do not take insurance but I do provide you with a coded bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you would like more information about what your insurance covers please call your insurance company and ask what they cover for an out of network provider.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, check and health saving accounts.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to give 24 hours notice (1 business day) if they cannot make a scheduled appointment. Clients who do not provide 24 hours notice will be required to pay the cost of a full session, except in the case of a valid emergency.

Contacting Me

You can contact me by phone or email. I am often with clients and am unable to take calls immediately. Please leave me a message on my voicemail or send me an email and I will get back to you within 24 hours. If you are having an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
