Good Faith Estimate
As part of the 2022 federal guidelines under the No Suprises Act, there is to be transparency about fees for services rendered. When we chat on the phone you will be informed of the fees for your services (intake, individual, couples and/or family). As a client, your total cost will be determined by how many sessions you schedule and what you deem necessary to achieve your therapeutic goals. A written good faith estimate with fees will be provided via email when confirming intake appointment.

Medicare Opt Out
I am not a Medicare provider. I have opted out and do not participate with Medicare. A client that uses Medicare will not be able to submit for reimbursement.
